Periokin Gel is effective at treating localised areas in the mouth.
The presence of dental plaque is the main factor in the development of the two most prevalent oral diseases: periodontal disease (which affects the gums) and cavities. Chlorhexidine digluconate has proven anti-plaque activity.
After oral hygiene, apply the gel 2 or 3 times a day with a brush soft or cotton bud, massaging the gums. It should be used after meals and it is recommended. Do not swallow that food and drinks are not consumed until at least half an hour after use. The greatest effectiveness is achieved in night-time applications. Do not rinse.
