Nasal spray for relief from the symptoms of nasal congestion and a runny nose due to colds.
Otrivine Extra Dual Relief Nasal Spray Solution contains the active ingredients xylometazoline hydrochloride and ipratropium bromide. Xylometazoline hydrochloride helps to open up and clear the nasal passages by reducing excessive nasal secretions, and reduces swollen blood vessels to their normal size. Ipratropium bromide reduces nasal mucus secretion. Each application delivers a measured dose which works within minutes to clear a blocked nose and helps stop excessive nasal secretions for up to six hours.
