How To Use this Product

For adults: 1 to 3 softgels per day, with food.
Do not exceed a daily intake of 3 softgels.
3 softgels contain 2292 mg EPA, 708 mg DHA and 75 μg Vitamin D3 (3000 IU, 1500% RI).
Do not exceed a daily intake of 5g of EPA and DHA combined.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
