The Medicare FemSense Ovulation Tracker is a temperature patch that can be worn 24/7 to help detect your fertile window for ovulation. It works by scanning the patch with the FemSense app twice a day to get a better understanding of your ovulation timeline.
Step 1
Cleanse - Clean and dry your skin thoroughly before use. Do not apply creams or lotions to the area.
Step 2
Apply - Place one hand on your hip and relax your shoulder and apply the patch below your armpit at a distance of 3 fingers wide
Step 3
Using the Medicare FemSense app, scan the patch twice a day. Your information will then be transferred directly to the app to help detect ovulation
