How To Use this Product

Take one tablet at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not exceed one tablet per day.

No not take if:

• Do not have an erection problem, as the medicine will not provide any benefit.
• Are allergic to tadalafil or any other ingredient (see Active Ingredients section).
• Take nitrates or nitric oxide donors for chest pain (angina) or heart failure.
• Use amyl nitrite (poppers) recreationally.
• Have been advised by your doctor to avoid sexual activity due to a heart or blood vessel condition.
• Experience chest pain during sexual intercourse.
• Have a severe heart or blood vessel issue, such as a recent heart attack (within the last 90 days), stroke (within the last 6 months), unstable angina, or severe heart failure.
• Have low or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
• Have ever experienced vision loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), also known as an "eye stroke."
• Take riociguat (or other guanylate cyclase stimulators) for pulmonary hypertension.
• Are a woman.
• Are under 18 years old.
